I have been a successful Realtor for 20 years working with both Buyers & Sellers. I’ve been able to get my Sellers homes sold for more money through detailed staging preparation, my marketing expertise and excellent negotiation techniques. On average, my listings sell for 104.6% of asking price, while the local area average is 98%. I sell 10% of my own listings. I’ve sold houses that others have had a challenge selling and pride myself on my excellent client relationships. My ratio for getting my Buyers offers accepted is 2 to 1, while the market average is 5 to 1. I have proven strategies that work toward getting more offers accepted for my Buyers and work with other professionals who get the job done. I am part of the most recognized name in the industry, ReMax and have been awarded for my sales success with the company. I’ve lived here for over 20 years, so I have experience of what it’s like to live here, play here and raise a family in this area. I look forward to getting to know you better.
Our home is the foundation of the family and much of our lives. Because of this, choosing a real estate agent is a very personal endeavor. It’s important to find someone that understands you, your lifestyle, and your unique requirements in a home. You need to trust their capabilities and professionalism. You need to find someone with whom you connect, as this person will be assisting you in one of life’s biggest decisions.

Here is some information about me that will hopefully help with your choice.

I grew up in Newport Beach, California, and attended the University of California, Santa Barbara, along with a year abroad at the University in Madrid, Spain. I received Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Hispanic Civilization. A far cry from real estate, I know.

There is nothing like walking into a beautiful home. I recall 20 years ago, when I was working in the Media/Marketing industry, I spent many a weekend browsing through Open Houses. I loved to see how homes were decorated and the uniqueness of each space.

That connection with homes and the love of sharing my joy with others lead me away from a career in media sales and management. I came to realize that my chosen career path in “Corporate America” left me unfulfilled. I realized how important it was for me to have a meaningful impact on people’s lives. Real estate is the perfect fit. It allows me to use my skills and expertise while connecting with and helping people on a very personal level.

I have been an early adaptor of technology and am certified as an e-Pro, which means I am knowledgeable and keep abreast of the tools available to help market my seller’s homes. It allows me to identify and utilize technology that effectively streamlines much of the complex real estate process. This gives my clients a better overall experience when buying or selling a home. In addition to recently being licensed as a Real Estate agent in the state of California, I have also received the prestigious CIPS Designation, Certified International Property Specialist.
